Returns window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the title you ordered.
Condition
- Books must be unused and in their original condition.
- Please share unboxing photos of the damage — it helps us fix printing issues.
- Digital books and downloadable PDFs are non-returnable once accessed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned book. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
